Our raw materials are supplied as hot rolled, annealed and globular annealed from foreign and domestic companies holding ISO-9001 and IATF-16949 certificates.
Mechanical, dimensional and chemical controls at raw material entrances are carried out in our own test and measurement laboratories.
The raw materials whose controls are completed after the quality control tests are barcoded and put into use. Raw materials are grouped and stacked in our field according to diameter and quality. At the beginning of production, raw material preference is made according to the FIFO system.
Our nut wires purchased from Iron-Steel companies are products that comply with environmental protection laws, do not contain harmful substances and are REACH certified. Thus, we use raw materials that are 100% recyclable towards the environment. Relevant documents can be shared in line with the special requests of the customers.
